• The tax code is currently 75,000 pages long. It will take an average reader about 14 weeksto read it. This absurd document is discarded. The new tax code (once the proper flat tax rate is calculated) fits on one side of one business card and looks like this.
• With churches, offshore corporations and “non-profits” finally paying tax, the American people will have to pay much less. The flat tax will put an end to big companies like General Electric
earning billions, filing a 57,000 page tax return and paying no tax!
• The IRS is disbanded. To make amends for the horrors and misery they have caused the American people, all ex-IRS employees are required to get new jobs that HELP Americans!
• Every person, congress member, company and church pays tax
• “Non-profit” corporations pay tax no matter how much profit they make
• Churches pay tax on the money they take in. They also pay taxes on their their investments and their huge real estate holdings. The Constitution DOES NOT SAY that churches do not have to pay tax. They’re huge, huge, huge businesses! They must pay tax like everyone else.
• Any company that uses any method, including offshore headquarters, to evade paying tax is hereby banned from doing any business in the US. No exceptions.
Go offshore? Stay offshore.
• All write-offs are abolished
• All “subsidies” are abolished where taxpayers are made to support companies whose products are harmful to the Earth or are not successful on their own.
A perfect example is subsidies to Big Oil whose products poison the Earth, are harmful to Nature, and are the cause of the Climate Disaster.
In 1995, Congress established the Deep Water Royalty Relief Act. It allowed Big Oil to drill on federal property without paying royalties. Ever since, this Big Oil subsidy has been a political yo-yo:
• In March 2012, President Obama called for an end to the $4 billion in Big Oil subsidies.
• In 2018 President Trump's budget increased federal spending for Big Oil andcreated tax cuts to effectively eliminate taxes for Big Coal and Big Oil.
• In January 2021 President Biden made a commitment to Big Oil subsidy reform, but the follow-through is not guaranteed, and reform is difficult, because the subsidies are now deeply embedded in the tax code.
• Pay for all government employees including the president must stop when they leave office—just like every other American. When an American loses a job his/her pay STOPS. It is now the same for ALL government workers.
• The cushy retirement “package” that congress voted for themselves is abolished. All federal employees now get Social Security just like all other Americans.
• The cushy private health insurance that congress voted for themselves is abolished. Government employees must use the same crummy “health care” that all other Americans are forced to use—Medicare.
• The laws that Reagan had altered that lets American presidents rape the citizen’s Social Security funds is repealed.
Social Security is for American citizens NOT for the president.
• The punishment for the serious criminal offense of insider trading is increased to automatic, mandatory jail time.No exceptions. Any government employee, any family members or any person who profits from insider trading information they receive from a government employee is subject to this harsh and automatic punishment.
Individuals hold public office to serve We The People NOT to get rich!
• The Bayh–Dole Act or Patent and Trademark Law Amendments Act is repealed. Government workers may NOT patent new discoveries in their own names while they are on the job already being paid with taxpayer funds and then turn right around and sell these discoveries back to the government for a huge profit.
The Bayh-Dole Act has corrupted and ruined the American medical establishment. The lies, cheating and scamming by the by Big Medicine and Big Pharma during the recent pandemic virus hoax is a perfect example of the horrors brought on by the Bayh-Dole Act.
